Here's what I want to know: Is it possible to use the Maschine features like Note Repeat & play in a 1/16th to 1/32nd hat pattern, into FL Studio's Piano Roll? This is so that each sound can be sequenced separately inside FL Studio & get their own full Piano Roll, for different note pitches, velocities, etc. Maschine Kick=MIDI Port 1, MIDI Channel 2

Maschine Hi Hat=MIDI Port 1, MIDI Channel 1 But, for each MIDI Out plugin you have for each of your Maschine sounds, you set them to different MIDI Channels. Through watching youtube & reading the manual, I have found that you do this by setting up a "MIDI-Out Plugin" within FL Studio & match the MIDI PORT to Maschine. I want to sequence my song in FL Studio 12 with Maschine linked to it.I'd like to setup different FL Studio MIDI Out channels, corresponding to each individual sample within Maschine, so that each sound can be sequenced out as separate patterns within FL Studio. I'm asking a pretty specific question as far routing goes. I do not have any other audio or notation programs running at the same time and I have disassociated my device with them.ĭoes anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Is it a hardware issue?įix: I worked out what I was doing wrong - I didn't press the play button after the record button.Hello, this is my first post here on these forums. The channel's audio output is my Logitech headset. My audio input/output device is ASIO4All. "Link note velocity" is to velocity, and the release to release. My MIDI input is set to my device and the type is "generic controller". When I place notes with my mouse, they appear and I am able to manipulate them.

As I hit keys, the multilink controller icon lights up orange and I am in the song/pattern mode. When I record in the Piano Roll (clicking Automation & Score), the keys light up orange, and I can hear them through my headphones but the notes themselves do not record or appear. I have my Roland keyboard plugged in with a USB MIDI cable.
